By train

Taking the train is one of the simplest solutions to reach Asti. The city is served by the Turin-Genoa line, with fast trains (intercity) and by the Asti-Acqui Terme-Genoa line, which crosses the southern Monferrato. The Asti train station is very close to the historic center, which can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. Gruppo Torinese Trasporti
The suburban buses of the Gruppo Torinese Trasporti operate in the Langhe and Roero area and up to Asti. The bus station is located at the railway station, with which it forms the "Movicentro" bus station, where all the bus services from different parts of the province meet.

By Plane

The closest airport to reach Asti is Torino Caselle. It is the main air landing in the region and is convenient for reaching Langhe and Roero.
The sfm Turin railway line sfm Torino connects the airport to Turin's Dora Gtt station in 19 minutes.

The Sadem service instead provides a bus connection to the Porta Nuova and Porta Susa railway stations, from which you can take the train to reach Asti.
