A Two-Day Walk in the Middle Ages

The event, promoted by Asti's CNA, invites you to discover the medieval city by recalling its great mercantile tradition and re-proposing moments of life, customs, and traditions of Asti in the 1300s.
Artisans, merchants, farmers, musicians, and acrobats will animate the two days in a continuous succession of actions, concerts, tastings and performances.
At the end of September, the city will be populated by ancient shops, carpenters and coin hammers, glassmakers and tailors, inns and taverns. All trades will be carried out in historical costumes and numerous exhibitors full of interesting information will be placed in the streets.
Travelers will be able to stop in the taverns or inns and taste typical dishes of medieval inspiration, or take home food products such as cheese, fresh loaves, honey or spices.
