The Palace and Its Structure

The medieval building is an example of an organized residence. Made up of several independent buildings, orthogonal arms, it is divided by a large internal courtyard, where the great tower once stood.
The oldest part, which overlooks Via XX Settembre, dates back to the 13th century. The typical ogival entrance, characterized by four frames in terracotta and alternating sandstone, is of particular importance.

The Renovation of the Main Floor

At the end of the fourteenth century the building underwent a major renovation of the piano nobile (noble floor). In particular, the single-light windows were replaced by large veranda windows.
